Minty Green Dots Dress - ElectricLoveLtr, Belt - vintage, watch - vintage
So basically this dress is the new subject of my adoration. It's called the Minty Green Dots dress and I just received it from my sponsor ElectricLoveLtr just a few days ago, but I have already worn it twice since then! It's a piece form their latest collection that is going to completely debut soon on their website (another fantastic piece from the collection will also be showcased here). The green dots are just so uplifting. It was quite the head turner when I wore it out to run some errands, and I take this as a complete compliment. You cannot help but notice this dress in its happy go lucky print. Doesn't it remind you of the spring Marc by Marc Jacobs show - fun, quirky, and young? I'm all about color this summer, and I think that dots in an electric hue are the best way to go about things. The dress actually came with a white rope belt, which was super cute, but for me this sleek vintage leather belt was just the thing to add a little edginess to this vibrant little number. I could just sleep and dream in this dress if I could! Check out this dress and the rest of the eclectically chic items offered by ElecricLoveLtr here, and keep an eye out for the new collection. The place is seriously love at first sight.
In other news, I am leaving for Philadelphia and New York on Monday morning. I cannot wait, but I still haven't packed yet! Why do I always save these things for the last second? It is my goal to pack light, but I know how that usually goes. I want to save room in case I find any fashionable goodies in the city (hello, vintage shopping)! Hopefully the triple digit temperatures drop a little in the next few weeks. After melting in Southeast Asia for a month earlier this year, I think I've got my fill of hot and humid weather. Either way, I know this little East Coast trip is going to be amazing and I cannot wait to share it all with you along the way!

And check out this watercolor drawing that Lacee from Lacee Swan made of me. Isn't it wonderful? I've always imagined what I would look like swimming in a see of pretty colors! This is exactly what I imagined :) Check out her blog and her other amazing illustrations!
