Finally got the Christmas tree up on the first of December. Funny that the day we put up the Christmas tree turned out to be one of the warmest days we have had here in a while. The sun was beaming in full force. Well, that's just beautiful Southern California. Usually we get the tree up earlier than that, but things have been quite hectic that we never got around to it. I find it so relaxing to decorate the tree, humming to the beat of my festive thoughts and the holiday music playing in the background. Our tree is made up of knick-knacks that we have collected throughout the years, and some are even rare, vintage pieces, like the pink chandelier-like ornament. It's an eclectic tree full of happy memories. I wouldn't mind having it up all year long if I had things my way! Happy holidays everyone :)
