Jacket - Obey from 80's Purple, Top - Volcom, Storm Boy Maxi Skirt - MINKPINK from Tilly Boutique, Shoes - ModCloth, Purse - Melie Bianco
Sometimes all one needs is a little watercolor print to brighten up a gloomy day, like what we experienced this past weekend. This MINKPINK maxi skirt that I got from Tilly Boutique does just that, while at the same time keeping its edginess in tact with hues of black, blue, and gunmetal (it is called the Storm Boy Maxi Skirt). Gosh, I love it so much. I was in a rock and roll sort of mood, so I paired it with lace-up wedges and my new biker jacket that has a slight metallic sheen to it, as well as an attached hood. The other cool thing about this jacket is that it has bad-ass thumb holes, which I just discovered after I put it on. The icing on the cake. You guys will see a closeup of this Melie Bianco bag next outfit post. It is literally perfect in every way, and I have been wearing it nonstop.
Come join me at Tilly Boutique's Facebook page this Wednesday, December 8th, at 7pm Central Time / 5pm Pacific Time for another hour long Q&A session. Come ask me any style/fashion question you have! Or just pop by to say hello :)
I was watching Gossip Girl tonight, but I was totally lost because I've missed nearly the whole season. All I know is that Serena had an affair . . . with her teacher?? Whatever, I'd rather be reading and listening to The Doors instead. Or Beethoven's Moonlight Sonata (which I am actually doing right this second).
xoxo
