Yesterday I had a long but fabulous day supporting my sister Natalie and my blogger friend Jules at a video shoot, along with Jade Munson. It was so much fun, and the weather was so warm! This weekend is supposed to be in the high 70's, which is fine by me! But here is an outfit from earlier this week, taken on a gloomy and quite chilly day. I've been gravitating towards orangey-rust tones a lot this season, so I just had to get my hands on this pair of corduroys from J. Crew. I love cuffing them to show off my favorite shoes! And thanks 80's Purple for all the sunglasses! Because of you, I am now rediscovering my love for retro-style oversized shades.

Speaking of all things retro, I got super duper lucky last weekend while vintage/thrift shopping, as well as during a quick 5 minute shopping spree on Tuesday. I cannot wait to show you my finds! I'm talking knits galore, Christian Dior, and an out-of-this-world Gucci piece that I'm still pinching myself over. Hopefully today I will be able to hit up a few more thrift stores and add a more exciting pieces to my wardrobe. Other than this, the rest of my weekend will be following no certain plan, but I hope to catch up on some work, read some Jodi Picoult, and soak up the sun as much as I can before it decides to hide again!
