Hello Monday! It is the start of another important work week, and thankfully I feel fully recharged after my weekend of taking it slow and easy. Slept in, caught up with friends, checked out some new bars, headed over to a big block party and saw some uber-talented bands . . . It was great.
This is an outfit I wore in New York not too long ago. Taken in DUMBO . . . you know "Down Under the Manhattan Bridge Overpass" . . . a.k.a. the loudest place in Brooklyn. It's industrial look is pretty cool though I gotta admit. Makes for the perfect backdrop for my hot pink skirt to be the center of attention. I love dressing up in the city and just spending hours exploring. Going to head back there this upcoming weekend. It's always something I look forward to!
P.S. I have no idea how I came up with the title of this post, but it was the first thing that came to my head. haha
