Okay this is my first post...Yay! So yesterday was fashion’s night out here in the west coast. It was such an amazing night. I was in Beverly Hills for this special day. Rodeo Drive never looked so much fun. There were several food trucks and carnival food stands. I still can’t believe there was a huge Farris Wheel on Rodeo. I was working at the Genlux Fall 2010 launch party at the Luxe Hotel in Beverly Hills. The event was at the penthouse level of the hotel and it really was the best and biggest event they have done. They had musical performances by up incoming star Tamar Kaprelian and Katherine McPhee, who will be the featured cover girl for the next issue. They also had a fashion presentation by designer Kevan Hall. By the end of the night, all guests went home with a gift bag featuring the fall 2010 issue with Dita Von Teese.
I was mostly downstairs passing out free magazines as people walked by. I think that was the most entertaining thing of the night for me. I saw the crazy Bobby Trendy walking around looking for attention (I can’t believe I even remembered his name?) and I also saw Mark Salling, “Puck” from Glee, walking around Rodeo with a lovely brunette. Overall it was a great night and I hope that Fashion’s Night Out will continue on.
