Weddings: From Kate Moss to Monaco's Royal Wedding

Charlene Wittstock looked amazing in her Armani Privé wedding gown to prince Albert of Monaco. Many have compared her wedding look to Prince Albert's mother, Grace Kelly.

Kate Moss also had a wedding last week. She looked timeless in a custom John Galliano gown. Her husband was in a custom YSL suit.

Which is your favorite wedding look? Which designer would you wear on your special day?

Galliano's menswear. Who will you be come Autumn?

It isn’t any secret that a lot of male menswear designers work with themselves in mind, their lifestyles and background often forming the backbone of their collections.

With that in mind, are we able to review a Galliano collection without mentioning the designer’s singularly personal style?  Especially as his work is so informed by his regular raids of the dressing-up box.  In short, it is

And then along came Paris...

In this lacklustre season for S/S '11 we've been shown everything from 'Far Pavilions' style, hot colour clashes of the Raj (Issa, Roksanda Illincic, Jena Theo, Matthew Williamson) to lurid neon brights (at Giles and Christopher Kane), the Futurism of Bernard Chandran's collection and Todd Lynn's glam, intergalactic Gattaca girls to stripes aplenty (at Marc by Marc Jacobs and Prada) and a raid

Rouge Dior Haute Couleur. Red rules.

Monsieur Christian Dior used to say, "The lipstick that covers my cheeks is the surest sign of a collection's success; besides, red is my lucky colour." And, there was a man who knew women. He extended his rules of fashion to the tenet for his beauty house. The line often becomes blurred regarding designer cosmetics. At what point to you admit, as a woman, you are buying into only a minor piece of

Fashion Fringe - Meet the Panelists

Follow my blog with bloglovinTo tell you the truth, I was expecting a little bit more insight and real enlightening, sparky tussles from the 'Meet the Panelists' debate from Fashion Fringe which was held on Friday, 4th June at St Martin's Lane Hotel, London.Inside a sweltering hotel (the air conditioning had broken down, how very London), the great, the good and the merely curious fanned

This collection was inspired by Lady Bird Johnson (First Lady of the United States from 1963 to 1969, wife of U.S. President Lyndon B. Johnson). Lady Bird was dressed by Arnold Scaasi, who also dressed First Ladies such as Barbara Bush and Laura Bush. Lady Bird's passion was spreading beauty all throught the country, specifically by planting wildflowers on the nations highways. Through efforts such as the Highway Beautification Act she made simple, familiar beauty accessable to all Americans.
