My gorgeous classmates =)

The Republ1c launch did not disappoint. As soon as we arrived, we were surrounded by photographers - I of course came in my favorite RVCA tee, which the lovely Paula of Republ1c brought me back from her recent trip to the US. Its the softest cotton ever, I could live in it forever.

The show started with the Philippines Allstars performing on the stage, built like a skate ramp. The models came out after some break dancing, and in between, there was some skating, then there was a wake boarder harnessed off the ceiling doing a grab, and some vandalizing in the form of graffiti on the stage during the models final walk. Then it rained confetti, and in my excitement I forgot to cover my drink and ended up almost drinking a piece of paper. I also had a pair of Supra sneaks reserved, I just hope they still have my size in white.. this might mean that the sneaker fiend in me has returned.

By midnight I realized I had way too much to drink and nothing to eat.. they ended up giving out bottles of what we were drinking all night thinking it was vodka - turned out it was gin.. well I mean, who really looks at the bottle's label before they pour?

It was great catching up with everyone, people I hadn't heard from for years.. absolute craziness. Some were pointing out the obvious in their shock "You are wearing shoes!" "You are in the city, and you look like a city girl!"... Love.

I went home pretty early and was even told that I might be losing "my touch". I couldnt stop laughing at that.. if you only knew!

PS: Our nails were done by Joan (in the boots and hat).. amazing, ey?
